All JB1 Grinders registered within 30 days from date of purchase (from the time your Amazon Order number was created) are eligible for a One Year Guarantee from Eloquent Equities against mechanical defects. Your grinder will consistently grind your coffee beans for many years, as a new company we want to make sure you can have faith in our product.

 

Note that this does not cover damage to the unit sustained from abuse or wear and tear including but not limited to finish, bearings, negligent maintenance, damage arising from the grinding other products that coffee beans (i.e. pepper), and excludes the wood knob.
